15th March 2026, 500 Yards

We have a new Shot Marker range system.  They arrived Friday afternoonand thanks to Richard and Neil we have them up and running for our competition today.  We had some visitors to the range on Saturday and they thought we had a very good shooting complex.

As the wind was very very strong yesterday, we were happy to wake up today and see that the wind had settled down somewhat.  It was still not easy to shoot a perfect score.  Three shooters in Sporter Open did.  John, Carl and Femy.  Well done you all with 105.  We had 19 shooters today, in three different disciplines.  F Open, Sporter Open and Sporter Production.  First in their discipline was Geoff V in F open 125.14,  John C in Sporter Open 105.17 and Sporter Production Jeff W ( on count back) 104.13.

Next Sunday 22nd March we will be shooting on the 600 yard range.  Please be at the range by 7.30 am to sign on so we can start shooting by 8 am.  If you need any information on our sport you could phone Margaret on 4666 1018.  I am sure Margaret can answer all your queries.  I hope everyone has a great week and we will see you next week.
