17th March 2024, 500 Yards

Maximum scores were the order of the day last Sunday at the southern downs club. The fine autumn morning produced excellent scores from the competitors in all classes. In the competitive open class Richard McKillop top scored ahead of Kevin Birse by just two x points with a host of other shooters just behind. The standard class saw John Cook leading the way again with a good score, Hayden Aspinall runner up. The sporter/ hunter class had only two entrants with Geoff Volmerhause and Glen Scott, each scoring maximum points and

indentical scores, Geoff the winner by the countback system.

Next Sunday 24th March we will be at the 600 yard mound, sign on at 8.00am for 8.30am start. Contact Margaret on 4666 1018 for more information if required.
