21st January 2024, 500 Yards

A  very hot and humid morning last Sunday tested the resilience of the competitors. Despite the oppressive conditions there were some excellent performances from the shooters, notably in open class Kevin Birse who put down a maximum score (a personal best I think!) and making a welcome return Murray Reck took second place. In the standard class it was business as usual with John Cook leading the field  with another victory, ahead of Hayden Aspinall runner up. In sporter/hunter class Glen Scott took the honours with Daryl Reck in second place.

Next Sunday 28th January we will be at the 600 yard mound, sign on at 7.30am for 8.00am start. Please contact Margaret on 4666 1018 for more information.
