14th September 2025, 400 Yards

A perfect Autumn day greeted the contestants at the range on Sunday for the 400 yard shoot. Very little wind was replaced by a shifting mirage so that no-one was able to get complacent and all had to work for decent scores. Congratulations to Kevin Birse and Neil Sexton, both of whom have had a few weeks off but returned to perfect scores. A welcome to Ava Myler who joined her sister Kaylen, also to Damo Roll who came from Cambooya and was our only Target Rifle shooter.

Next week we will be shooting at 500 yards,  sign on by 8.30am for 9am start and the competition will be followed by the AGM. For any further information about the club please call Margaret on 4666 1018.
